Our approach to a new project is 'no job too small, no job too big' and we have the skills and expertise to work to tight timescales within the budget provided.

We will come out to site and discuss what plans are already in place and the scope of the project. This is a no obligation meeting and we will follow this up with a quote which can be broken down as required.

Should you wish to take on Park & Whiteley, we will communicate clearly with regards timescales and expectations as well as stating which other trades need to be on site at which point in the project (if required).

Following completion of the project, an NICEIC certificate will be issued to cover all works carried out by Park & Whiteley and building regs will also be notified if necessary.

As an established firm, we have experience and knowledge of the many pitfalls and blindspots involved with planning a project on any scale. As such, we will be able to advise as to compliance with the various regulatory bodies within our field, but the final decision lies with the customer.
