Periodic inspection reports
This evaluates the current condition of the existing electrical installation and highlights any defects or areas of the installation that doesn’t comply with current regulations. All defects are coded on the report as to the severity of the non compliance. A separate quotation to rectify the remedial works is provided and broken down against each individual defect.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT testing)
Required to keep you and your employees/tenants safe whilst using equipment and appliances, whether at work or at home. ‘Portable’ can be translated in various ways when it comes to testing appliances but generally speaking, if it has a plug on it, it needs testing!

Home buyer safety check
We can provide a package for the new home buyer, to include testing the electrical installation, listing any immediate and on going concerns and provide a quotation to rectify any remedial works.  In severe cases this may help with price negotiations when buying a property. This service is something that is not included with the surveyors report when purchasing a property.
